ExperForms Enterprise Suite™, like its older sibling ExperForms™ 2.0, is software designed to provide sophisticated, form-based, business process support. ExperForms Enterprise Suite™ will make it easy to process electronic forms and data using a web browser. When used in conjunction with Acrobat PDF forms, the ExperForms Enterprise Suite™ will offer a complete forms-data management solution. The ExperForms Enterprise Suite™ is a rapid application development tool that automatically creates data capture and handling for electornic forms/ business processes. Improved user and permissions management, enhanced attribute manipulation, increased customization capabilities, ready to run form and "on line" applications library, and extended service agreements will all be included. Studies by Gartner Group and Price Waterhouse Coopers show that 80% of all business documents are forms. $94 - $120 billion is spent annually on printing paper forms, and for every $1 spent on purchasing paper forms, up to $97 is spent on processing forms. "By eliminating the need for paper forms through Adobe Acrobat PDF and automating workflow processes using ExperForms™, users will dramatically reduce the costs that are spent on processing forms, giving our customers a quantifiable value that they will be able to see on their bottom lines," said Peter Thorsen, CEO of WebBase.
