We have successfully used the ExperForms software to develop "form / document" libraries. We can conveniently complete online forms and submit them in order to save the information. In an ever-demanding automotive industry there are many documents that require completion and need to be readily retrievable. We have developed inventory systems, forms approvals work flows and much more.
The after care service received from (your support staff) has been impeccable. Any issue that we may have had, e.g. problem solving or customisations to the software, (your staff) has always been willing and able to provide a solution.
The software itself is very flexible. I believe it can be applied to any organisation (type or size). Management of information and documentation is made easier while ensuring that document and data control mechanisms are built into your system also, e.g. security features to access information.

Easy to install, easy to use, reliable and economical. For the 3 years we've been using it, it has been almost completely trouble free! I put up most all of our forms, numbering somewhere around a hundred of them, and used the WBML scripting to develop some (IMHO) really sophisticated workflows, integrated with enterprize data systems including Peoplesoft, Oracle and others. There have been a number of upgrades since we purchased it, and they have all been free! Some small bugs here and there, which tech support promptly quashed (they're great!). Since I had no background in forms automation, workflow or internet/intranet applications there was a learning curve, but their tools and their generous support helped me through. I can't say enough good about this. The server licensing makes ExperForms the most economical solution out there. No limit to forms or users. I don't know how they do it! 4.5 out of 5 stars! (nobody's perfect ;) All of the forms except the staff directories are workflow forms of some kind with email routing based on user input criteria (check boxes marked off, or text fields filled in). They all start at point A, and notifiy everyone when the final destination is reached. Some forms include options for prefilling fields, one way or another, integrating other databases via ODBC. Our applications include: Purchase Order Request Form - high security and calculation fields, Computer Training Schedule, File Access Request Form, New Computer User Request, New Telephone Request Form, Museum Store Transfer Form - includes calculation fields, Visitor Parking Request Form, Operations and Facilities Work Order, Plaza Cafe Food Service Request Form, Special Events Work Order - includes calculation fields, Maintenance and Facilities Daily Work Order, Staff Directories (approx 50 based on the Phone Roster), Phone Roster, Update the Phone Roster Form and many more.

The WebBase server is running behind a firewall so you cant see it - unfortunately. Its on a Dual-processor (2X650) and it runs FAST. Uses about .01% of processing power when its getting about 100 hits per minute.. I bet it would be just as fast on a 486 ...
